Whether you need a listening ear, a helping hand around the house, or someone to care for your little one while you nap or shower, I am happy to provide non-judgmental support to help your family though the fourth trimester.

It has been my privilege to have been serving families professionally for over 20 years. My education in counseling psychology combined with my experience as a professional nanny and postpartum doula has prepared me well to walk alongside families during this delicate time of growth and transition. I received my postpartum doula training through the Seattle Midwifery School (now part of Bastyr University) and currently serve families in the Seattle area. In addition, I have a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School and have attended numerous trainings on birth trauma and postpartum mood disorders.
I am honored to be a part of such a transformative process in the lives of others as I serve as a postpartum doula. As your doula, my goal is to be a sensitive and non-judgmental support to you and your loved ones as you grow as a family, helping you to gain confidence in your new role.
When I am not busy working, I can be found in the kitchen perfecting gluten-free recipes, playing card games with my husband, shuttling my boys to various activities, exercising, or curled up reading for one of my book groups.
